Customer Service Team Member responsibilities
- Providing amazing customer Service
- Preparing and serving gelatos, waffles, crepes, sundaes and cakes
- Preparing and serving speciality teas, making barista coffees and milkshakes
- Handling any customer queries
- Keeping the store clean and tidy
- Adhering to Sprinkles Health & Safety practices
- Reporting to managers and supervisors
