The Sov is part of Brighton's history and a prime drinking spot for young and old alike. We're a spacious, colourful and welcoming pub with a heated decked rear garden and roaring fires in winter. We serve beautiful Thai food, amazing Sunday roasts, and have live music three times a week so there's plenty going on.

Bar Assistants Benefits
- Above minimum wage for 18 to 20 year olds (£8.36 per hour)
- 12% holiday pay
