Client Service Executive
Art for All. The era of art elitism is over and we’re celebrating.
Enter Gallery is looking for a dynamic Client Service Executive with excellent attention to detail, and an ability to self-manage, motivate and problem solve to operate our client service function.
Providing excellent service is at the heart of what we do; we believe that buying art should be complemented by an enjoyable buying experience and this is where you’ll come in…
The role will require an administrative genius with an absolute commitment to service; someone able to deal with a plethora of pre-and post-purchase queries, who will also be comfortable feeding back to the Sales Team, to assist with on-going training.
While we have systems in place which take care of a lot, whenever our clients require it, we want to be able to put them in touch with a human. You will be responsible for customer correspondence and finding the best way to help each client with their individual needs. On a daily basis, you will be assisting with issues and answering questions via phone, email, WhatsApp, and so on.
Our perfect candidate will be committed to ensuring every client receives excellent service. You will also implement new processes and functions (both within and outside of any existing automated software functionality), write best practice guides, agree Service Level Agreements, organise training programmes for our Sales team and take the lead in communicating service issues to management.
You will be system-savvy with the ability to assist with managing the digital support and integrity of these systems; documenting all client service issues and remedies.
Unsurprisingly we will need you to be an excellent communicator; both written and verbal. We believe it is key that you are empathetic to our clients and that this will assist in developing longer-term relationships. We will also need you to build reports around these communications and assist with client programme formatting.
You will be driven to learn about our products. You do not necessarily need to have extensive knowledge of our art (although this is helpful). The most important thing here is that you understand client care and care enough to deliver on it.
- Competitive salary (£25,000 + dependent upon experience)
- Generous art-purchase scheme
- Commission scheme
- Company pension scheme
- Company perks (North Laine Retail Discounts & other)
