Digital Marketing Executive at Waypoint Digital Marketing: Winchester


Waypoint is looking for a digital marketing executive to work closely with the managing director and wider team, helping to manage new accounts and implement new campaigns. 

This role is ideal for someone who has just left college or university, or who has a few years marketing experience, living within a 30 minute commute of Winchester. 

The key requirement is that you are a digital marketing enthusiast who wants to make this field your career. We are looking for someone who already has practical experience of digital marketing, whether that might be managing websites or running advertising campaigns, and would like to apply these skills.

The ideal candidate will have some if not all the skills and capabilities listed below.


Digital Marketing Executive requirements


The ideal candidate will have some if not all the skills and capabilities listed below.

General:

  • Be comfortable and at home in the digital marketing world
  • Enjoy working as part of a team
  • Be a self-learner, actively seeking out online sources to expand their knowledge
  • Have a creative flair and enjoy coming up with headlines and visual ideas for marketing campaigns


Online:

  • Have a working knowledge of setting up and running PPC advertising campaigns 
  • Be a regular user of social media platforms
  • Be aware and preferably familiar with platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads and Google Tag Manager
  • Have created email marketing campaigns
  • Have a working knowledge of CMS platforms 


Graphics:

  • Be able to create and amend images and documents on Adobe Acrobat, InDesign and/or Illustrator and PowerPoint


Copywriting:

  • Be comfortable with the written word
  • Write social media posts
  • Edit blogs, case studies, and ebooks
